Since 2003, Yoga4kids has been bringing the art of yoga, breathing, mindfulness, relaxation and heart consciousness to children in a fun and creative way using dynamic and interactive curriculum’s.
A regular practice of yoga encourages children to have a gentle, non-judgmental and intimate personal relationship with self that brings about a lifetime of peace, joy, abundance, flexibility and balance.
Besides the immense physical and mental benefits, a central tenet of yoga practice is respect and honour for their own beings, for each other and our environment.
All our lesson plans have an educational and general knowledge category where children learn about the physiology and psychology of human beings as well as countries, nature and animals.
We at Yoga4kids do not introduce any religious connotations in our classes and are very respectful of all religions as we teach many children from a variety of religious backgrounds.
